Care for education is an indicator of the care for employees. Dimacom is proud of the education it gives to the employees above sector average. the qualification and motivation of the employees are increased with the in-company or open training programmes.
Beginner staff first completes its deficiancies of quality chart. Then it continues the education planned yearly by the staff manager.

Besides the donations for charitable institutions recorded to have been useful to society as institutional, Dimacom provides the participation of its staff for non-cash activities.
