Production methods and machines used in our company are listed below. In short, nearly all methods of machining beginning with the methods of turning, milling, grinding, honning and hard machining are used. We reach to microns tolerances with precision production methods.

Quality Control Equipments

Measurement equipments and testers used in our laboratory in which necessary conditions are available are listed below.
CMM Center, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Surface Roughness Tester, Metallography Microscope (including analyzing software), Microvickers (Microhardness) tester, Cylindricity Measuring Center, CNC CMM Center (including Gearpack Gear measuring software), High Precision Mechanical and Pnaumatic Bore Measuring Equipments, Ultrasonic Thickness Tester, Coating Thickness Tester, Shoremeter, Refractometer, Spring Tension Tester, Specimen Prepairing Machines, Micrometers, Compretors, Gages.

Test Benches

Last product and semi-finished product tests are done in test benches designed according to customer’s special demands and related product specifications. In designing and producing the test benches we use the means of technology. In order to prevent the risk of operator faults, we benefit from improved systems such as PLC. All of the test benches are made by qualified staff formed on the basis of the project in mechanic workshop deparment in the company.
     

Mould & Apparatus

In Mould-Apparatus Department, Dimacom can design and produce fixures, apparatus, installation systems, test machines and some moulds. Mould-Apparatus department has the quality of supporting the production with adequate conventional benches and qualified staff.
