Planning
Production planning is done with software supported. Production stages are followed step by step with the help of recorded material circulation. For the continuing serial productions, emergency plans are done beforehand against probable machine stops, and delivery delays are prevented. |

Production technology is improving continually. With the new technology and techniques, efficiency is increased, tolerance is tightened, and precision is increased. RD Staff in Dimacom is a close follower of the new technology in this context.

Assembly
The last assembling stage of the products which comprise of some components is so important. Even this stage seems easy, it carries so much risk in careless hands. Even if the pieces are agreeable for the specification, to carry on the same quality level in installation might not be possible.
The zero-defect production from installation department, whose every stage is documented by experienced staff, are the representatives of this patience and care. Each completed product passes for final quality test with special test stands before packing, and installation dimentions are controlled with special apparatus. The Assembling stage gives feed back about choosing target dimentions in given tolerances for production of the pieces. |

Packing
The packing of the products are done as they will not be damaged by environmental effects during the delivery or until they are used in production. In packing, we use anti-corrosive bags, protective mesh sleeve, protective plug, EPS (stryropor) box, shring, wooden cases etc. Labelling and marking on the packs are done as easing the circulation of the products in the stock of customers.
On metal pieces, markings are done with permanent PIN marking for traceability. Packing of overseas deliveries are made according to INCOTERMS and the related country standards(such as EN). |
